Registration

You may download the registration form from this website, or contact the Flower Essence Society for a copy by mail.

Registrations should be made directly with the Granlibakken Conference Center. Please contact Granlibakken with any questions about registrations, rooms, and travel. Please contact the Flower Essence Society with any questions about course content, schedule, the certification program, or any other policies.

The questionnaire on the back of the form is an essential part of the registration. Without the questionnare, your application will not be processed.

Fees

Class fees are all-inclusive, except for transportation. The prices listed below include

• Tuition for the Practitioner Intensive

• Meals (seven breakfasts, lunches and dinners, from dinner July 7 to lunch, July 14)

• Lodging, taxes, and gratuities (tips)

• Class registration fees

Please note that the prices are per person, not per room.

* Single occupancy rate applies if no roommate can be found. (You may specify a preferred roomate.)

Airport Transportation between Reno Airport and Granlibakken:

$60 each way for a single passenger in the shuttle.

$35 each way for each passenger when more than one passenger rides in the same shuttle trip.

Note: Airport transportation must be reserved and paid in full at least seven days in advance.

Deposit and Payment

• A deposit of $500 is due at the time of registration.

• The balance of fees is due before June 6, 2005.

Cancellation Policy

• Until June 6, 2005: We will issue a refund less a $100 cancellation fee.

• Starting June 6, 2005: No refund if your place cannot be filled or if you give no notice of cancellation. Otherwise, we will issue a refund, less a $200 cancellation fee.

We urge early registration for the best choice of rooms.
